Warranty coverage:

The warranty does not include:
① Man made damage, sharp objects scratching, heavy objects squeezing and deforming, unauthorized cutting and modification of bags;
② Long term exposure to rain and sun, improper washing can cause fabric fading, aging, and unraveling;
③ Minor daily wear and tear, slight fabric wrinkles, and minor oxidation scratches on hardware under normal use are not considered quality issues and are not covered by the warranty;
